We loved staying at this hotel, it had stunning and beautiful exteriors, just like a real-life Disney castle, which made us feel like royal guests. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We started our day with an excellent breakfast served by the hotel, which was delicious, having it was an excellent way to start the day. Also, the location was perfect for us as this hotel was in a convenient location for transportation, so we could easily travel through the central part of France, and it was also very close to the main restaurant that served exceptional food.
Not obvious to find local restaurants in this area.

The location of this stunning hotel was by far the best we've experienced from any other Hapimag hotel. Dining in the main restaurant felt like a royal experience in a magnificent castle. the staff were incredibly helpful in providing local restaurant recommendations. Our premium room had breathtaking views and was well-equipped. the breakfast spread left us ecstatic and the pool and tennis court on the grounds were a nice addition for some outdoor fun.
The mini-bar left a bit to be desired with limited options.

The building is absolutely stunning and the grounds are beautiful. the location is perfect for exploring the central region of France, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. We also loved the festive Christmas atmosphere and decorations that added to the overall charm of the place.
The service was lacking in several areas. the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed and the wait times were very long.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the central part of France and it feels like staying in a real-life Disney castle. The building itself is stunning and the surrounding area is filled with beautiful gardens and a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a sitting area in our room, as well as a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The hotel provides top-notch service, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even treated to a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in.
While the restaurant at this place was closed on our first two evenings, we didn't mind as it gave us the chance to try out some local restaurants nearby. However, it would have been helpful to have some recommendations on local restaurants from the hotel, as it took us some time to find good options.

The castle was simply stunning! The gardens were marvelous and the pool was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the classic dining room, and the staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations and activities. The surrounding area was peaceful, and we enjoyed a great day at the nearby lake for swimming and watersports.
Some aspects of the castle were in need of improvement. The beds were uncomfortable, and the stairs were narrow and difficult to navigate with no staff assistance available.
